Chances are, you’ve heard about the Writers Guild of America and Screen Actors Guild’s strikes for fairer compensation in the new reality of streamers like Netflix and AI like ChatGPT.

At Emjay, we’ve been witnessing these strikes firsthand at our Los Angeles dispensary, as the CBS Studio is just down the street. And to show some solidarity with these hardworking artists fighting for what they believe is right, we wanted to offer them their next order to be completely tax exempt.*

To claim this offer, writers and actors simply need to provide their card prior to ordering. They can do this in one of two ways:

Writers and actors can visit our Los Angeles dispensary at 345 N. Fairfax Avenue in West Hollywood to claim their offer.

Once there, all they need to do is present their WGA or SAG-AFTRA card to one of our Sales Associates upon checking out.

To order on Emjay, writers and actors will first need to create an account. After doing so, they simply need to reach out to our support team at support@heyemjay.com with a picture of the card. A member of our team will confirm you will receive the offer.
